About five years ago, Alexis earned her qualifications as a customs broker, enabling us to bring everything in-house. This move has allowed us to establish direct relationships with shipping lines, import and export goods, and clear our own products. As a result, we have full control and visibility over our items throughout every stage of the supply chain.
When moving thousands of containers worldwide annually, it is crucial to manage and control the shipping process to ensure timely service to our customers – faster than if we were outsourcing this function.
We now act as a freight forwarder for other businesses, providing efficient, well-managed services and cost savings. By leveraging our large import-export operations, we continue to optimize and expand our services in the global market.
